The Couch-to-5K program is designed to move new runners or it’s-been-a-while runners to completion of a 5K through a 9-week program that includes 3 workouts per week for 20-30 minutes. $5 discount on the Strawberry Chase for those who complete the program with this group! 15% discount coupon for Fast Break for all C25K participants!
