Class Descriptions

Barre – A collection of isometric exercises using body weight and light weights to tone & sculpt the entire body.

Cycle+ – Let yourself sprint, ride, and strength train for 30 minutes to get your heart pumping and legs moving. Train to incredible music and instruction.

Dance and Sculpt – Start with the basic combinations and then finish the workout with specific conditioning for the upper and lower body.

FBI – Full Body Ignite/ Relay – Burn those calories and fire up your muscles with a full-body workout utilizing weights, heavy balls, the rower, and more!

FOUNDATIONS: deep core – 1st of a 6-week series focusing on foundational exercise components. Take a deep dive into strengthening your core allowing heavier lifts, improving posture, & reducing back pain!

Kettlebell HIIT – Strength and cardio intervals with kettlebells add up to a challenging and sweaty workout for all levels! Modifications are always available.

BUILD! Weight Training – Lift heavier, burn fat, and BUILD confidence in this challenging and empowering class!

Low Impact Cardio Circuit – Incorporates low-impact cardio with overall strength and balance training.

Low Impact HIIT! – Only 30 min. with alternating low impact (no jumping / jarring movements) but high-intensity cardio & strength efforts. A perfect recipe for fat-burning! Each class will include high-intensity intervals, but every week will be structured a little differently to keep it interesting.

Pilates – A tried and true, challenging core exercise class focusing on core strength, flexibility, and total body toning for all levels.

Pop-up Group X – Classes are announced at the beginning of the week via FB, IG, and at the front desk! It could be anything from Step to Dance to Yoga to Boot Camp!

Restorative Yoga – Modified poses will be offered to accommodate all age groups and abilities. Designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.

Total Body Blast – This class incorporates total body sculpting (using a variety of equipment) with fat-burning cardio moves to promote strength and endurance while increasing aerobics fitness!

Total Tone & Cardio – Whole body weight work and energizing cardio makes for a great way to start your Wednesday!

Weight Room Circuit – Join us for a fun, guided tour around the weight room with a personal workout plan and assistance as you grow in strength and endurance.

Yoga Fusion – A blending of different yoga styles and other disciplines for a unique full-body workout.
