Class Descriptions

  • Barre – A collection of isometric exercises using bodyweight and light weights to tone & sculpt the entire body.

  • Boot Camp – A challenging mix of strength training and aerobic elements that will provide you with a whole-body workout

  • Cycle Circuit – Let yourself sprint, ride, and strength train for 30 minutes to get your heart pumping and legs moving. Train to incredible music and instruction.

  • Dance and Sculpt – Start with the basic combinations and then finish the workout with specific conditioning for the upper and lower body.

  • FBI – Full Body Ignite Burn those calories and fire up your muscles with a full-body workout utilizing weights, heavy balls, the rower, and more!

  • HIIT – High-intensity interval training takes your workout to a new level as you push your pace out of your comfort zone. Work up a sweat fast!

  • Insanity – Cardio-based athletic style workout combo of HIIT & strength (for MAX results). Modifications for any fitness level. NO WEIGHTS!

  • Knockout Circuit – A 30 min., high-intensity circuit training using free weights, calisthenics, & elements of kickboxing in a format of 3 min. work/20 sec. rest at 9 stations!
    Low Impact Cardio Circuit – Incorporates low-impact cardio with overall strength and balance training.

  • Pilates – A tried and true, challenging core exercise class focusing on core strength, flexibility, and total body toning for all levels.

  • Pop-up Group X – Classes will be announced at the beginning of the week via Facebook and Instagram as well as at the front desk! It could be anything from Step to Dance to Yoga to Boot Camp!

  • Rc3 Yoga Fitness – Work on strength and flexibility using yoga techniques without the yoga meditation. *Rc3 has totally divorced any Eastern Religion from this class.

  • Step & Sculpt – A blend of cardio and strength moves using step and various equipment to provide a great fat-burning workout for all levels.

  • Total Body Blast – This class incorporates total-body sculpting (using a variety of equipment) with fat-burning cardio moves to promote strength and endurance while increasing aerobics fitness!

  • Total Tone & Cardio – Whole bodyweight work and energizing cardio makes for a great way to start your Wednesday!

  • Weight Room Circuit – Join us for a fun, guided tour around the weight room with a personal workout plan and assistance as you grow in strength and endurance.

  • Zumba Gold  A dance party workout for the young at heart! Join us for a heart-pumping workout with great music and even better classmates! For everyone!
