Rc3 Flag Football Program 

Strategy, Technique and Passion for Football

With a focus on strategy, technique and passion for football, Rc3 is pleased to offer flag football to our community for boys K-8th grade. Teams practice one evening a week and play games each Saturday at the Delaware Fields or the DCS football field.  Flag football is offered each fall for an 8-week season.

Ages:

Boys Kindergarten- 8th grade. There will be two age division: younger and older.  Age division will be based on the number of participants in each age group.

Cost*:

All age divisions:

  • Members: $50.00

  • Potential-Members: $85.00

*Scholarships are available. Please ask front desk staff for an application.

 

Dates:

Open registration begins July 27th and ends on August 22nd. The season will be September 12th and end November 7th. There will be no games or practices the week of fall break (Oct. 11-17). 

Grading Day:

All participants should attend the grading day at the DCS Football Field (behind Rc3) on August 22nd from 9:00 am-11:00 am. Participants will be evaluated on skills and athletic ability. The results will be used by the football committee and coaches to build teams.

Teams:

Special requests for coaches and/or teammates are NOT GUARANTEED.

Coaches:

All coaches are volunteers.  If you are interested in coaching, please be sure to indicate that on your child’s registration form. Coaches are always needed!

Practices & Games:

Players will practice once a week and will be contacted about their specific day/time. Games will held each Saturday at 9:00 am on the DCS football field behind Rc3.

Uniform:

Each participant will be given an Rc3 jersey.  Players provide shorts (without pockets or anything that could be snagged) and football cleats or tennis shoes.

Pictures:

Team and individual pictures will be taken during the season. The picture day schedule will be given out prior to the specified date. Pictures are not included in the registration fee; however, parents may order picture packages at additional cost.

Other:

Once your player is registered and has participated in the grading day, you are simply waiting for a phone call.  All players should be contacted by their coach or Rc3 the week of August 31st. If you have any questions or need additional information, contact us.
